Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Pawsona, operated by TKM Ventures, LLC ("we", "us", "TKM"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Pawsona.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for digital consent in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use Pawsona. You must have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate info about you and your dog. Impersonation is grounds for termination.
• One person per account. You can manage multiple dogs from a single account.

Acceptable Use

Pawsona is for dog owners to share, find, and meet up with other dog people. Don't:

• Post content depicting animal cruelty, violence, sexual content, hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your dog's behavior in ways that could endanger another user (e.g. labeling an aggressive dog as "Super Friendly").
• Scrape, automate, or interfere with the service.
• Use Live Walk location data to stalk, harass, or harm any person or animal.
• Use the SOS broadcast for anything other than a genuinely lost dog.
• Sell access to your account, post commercial content without permission, or run promotions through the app.

User Content

You retain all rights to the photos, captions, and content you post. By posting, you grant Pawsona a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Pawsona service to the audience you choose. You can revoke this by deleting the content or your account.

We do not pre-screen content, but we may remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. Users can report content; we review reports and act within 24 hours.

Pawsona Pro Subscription

• Pawsona Pro is an auto-renewing subscription unlocking Live Walk and other premium features.
• Pricing is shown in the app and on this site at the time of purchase. We may change pricing for new subscribers; existing subscribers will be notified before any change applies to them.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the price in effect at renewal. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their store policies. We don't process payments directly.

Live Walk & Location

Live Walk shows real-time approximate locations of other Pawsona Pro subscribers who have actively chosen to broadcast. You agree not to use this feature to harass, surveil, or harm any person or dog. Pawsona may suspend Live Walk access for users who misuse it.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk. Termination doesn't extinguish content licensed to other users (e.g. comments left on others' posts), but it removes your profile and first-party content.

Disclaimers

Pawsona is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information about other users (friendliness, location, etc.) is accurate. Use common sense when meeting up with strangers and their dogs in person.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKM Ventures' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Pawsona is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $50.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
