Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Pawsona account (operated by TKM Ventures, LLC) and the data associated with it. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, or request deletion by email.

Delete from the app (fastest)

• Open Pawsona and sign in.
• Go to Settings (the gear icon).
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is then closed and your data is permanently deleted on our schedule below. This cannot be undone.

Or request deletion by email

Email info@pawsona.xyz from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll verify the request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account we remove the data tied to it, including:

• Your profile and account info (handle, email, owner name).
• Your dog profiles, photos, and care details (vet, vaccines, food, allergies).
• Your posts, stories, comments, boops, and tags.
• Your walks, park check-ins, reviews, and photos.
• Your packs (or your membership in them), follows, and notifications.

What is kept, and for how long

• Account and content data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups expire within 90 days.
• We may retain a minimal, non-identifying record where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, a moderation audit trail), as described in our Privacy Policy.
